In the middle of a rebirth, reinvention, or reset period? Here are some tips for self-care during this time to help you push through to your next level.

If you’re getting ready to enter a blockbuster cycle or busy season like I am, and you have the time and space to plan ahead, take it, here’s how:

Rather than try to block or ignore life, what’s calling, or try to control our way through unpredictable circumstances, let the adventure unfold. Let yourself be unraveled, forged, and even softened by your experiences.

We’ve all signed up for scripts of what the perfect things should be in life. But life rarely turns out exactly as we planned. Sometimes we need to let go of what we signed up for so we can make space for something new.

Every person we meet, whether for a moment, a season or a lifetime, has the potential to impact us in some way. The key is recognizing the gifts we each offer the other. Whether we know it or not, it’s greater than we think.

For those in reinvention, rebirth or reset mode — working through transitioning out of an identity into something more whole, or reigniting once again — here are a few things to remember as we all move through our phases.
